Intel's New Bitcoin Mining Chip BLOCKSCALE Now Available

Intel has released information about its future bitcoin mining hardware, the Intel Blockscale ASIC, which will be available in the third quarter of 2022.

Intel's chips are focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, and will have a power efficiency of up to 26 J/TH.

The chipmaker will only ship the ASICs to customers, rather than offering a full-fledged mining system as the industry typically does today.
